I've been monitoring a TCL brand television on Amazon Turkey for about 15 days. Initially, there were 16 units in stock, and it was approximately 2,000 TL cheaper than the market price. I was planning to purchase it during the Black Friday sales. During this period, the stock decreased by 2 units, and on Thursday evening, there were 14 units in stock. On Friday, there was a sudden discount of about 500 TL, and the stock quickly dropped to 3 units. I decided to make the purchase. I have 5 registered addresses, 1 in Kayseri and 4 in Ankara, all in central districts. However, none of these addresses were eligible for delivery. I tried addresses in Istanbul, Samsun, Konya, and Artvin, but none were accepted. Despite having 3 units in stock, there was no shipping available to any location in Turkey. I contacted customer service twice. In the first call, they mentioned that delivery is limited to certain locations due to the need for a protected vehicle for the television. They claimed that even in the heart of Turkey, where everything, including the parliament and the presidency, is located, there is no protected vehicle available. In the second call, the representative said that people can make purchases outside busy hours, and the system gives this error due to high traffic. I tried various times over the past 4 days, even during late-night and early morning hours, but couldn't succeed. Moreover, the stock has been consistently reported as 3 units for the last 4 days, without any increase or decrease, making the explanation seem questionable. If they had said the item is out of stock, it would have been clear, and I would have explored other options, even if it meant paying an extra 2,500 TL elsewhere. However, the customer representative insists that the item is in stock and suggests keeping an eye on it until November 30 for the ongoing promotion. Meanwhile, other opportunities are being missed, and stocks in other places are running out. I cannot comprehend what kind of game is being played here.
