Eye Kid App Executed Unapproved Card Deduction Without User Consent
Despite having no subscription or connection whatsoever to the Eye Kid App, an unauthorized payment of $30 was debited from my account on January 24. I never authorized, signed up for, or made any purchase through this application.
Immediately following this transaction, I contacted my bank and created an official refund request. However, I view this as a completely unauthorized transaction executed against my will, causing me financial hardship.
I demand a full and complete refund of the $30 drawn from my card by Eye Kid App, along with necessary security audits to ensure that such unauthorized deductions do not occur again.
