Amazon Didn’t Deliver Torima HY300T Projector or Issue Refund

On October 25 and October 30, 2025, I ordered the Torima HY300T Portable Cinema Projector from Amazon Turkey, paying a total of ₺2,772 for delivery to my Kilyos address. Since my first order was never shipped, a customer representative advised me to place a second order on October 30. Despite both orders being sold with the “next-day delivery” label, no shipment was made even after several days. Starting from October 28, I contacted Amazon customer service daily, and each time I was told, “a case has been opened and is being followed up, you’ll be contacted soon,” yet no one ever reached out. On November 1, 2025, I was clearly informed over the phone that my second order would be canceled and refunded, but that promise was also not kept. The product still appears on the website as “in stock – delivery within two days.” Meanwhile, other orders I placed for my Ataşehir address during the same period were delivered without any issue, meaning this problem affects only this particular item. I had to keep someone waiting at my Kilyos address for days to receive the product, my plans were disrupted, and I lost a significant amount of time. The payment for the undelivered items still hasn’t been refunded, and I am tired of calling customer service daily just to open new cases. I also contacted Amazon’s official account on social media (X/Twitter) and was told that a case was opened there too, but still, no results. In summary: both orders from October 25 and 30 were never shipped despite being listed as next-day delivery; the cancellation and refund promised on November 1 were not fulfilled; daily calls to customer service only result in “case opened” responses with no action; the product is still listed as in stock; and no progress has been made through social media support. I demand that both of my orders (402-8015418-3291500 and 402-9570598-9567541) be immediately canceled, that my total payment of ₺2,772 be refunded, that I receive compensation for the inconvenience I experienced, and that Amazon Turkey provide an explanation for its neglectful handling of this matter. I also intend to exercise all my legal rights regarding this issue.
