I Am Demanding Immediate $22 Refund From Eye Kid App After Unapproved Card Debit
On September 29, 2025, despite never using the application named Eye Kid and initiating no subscription or membership whatsoever, a fee of $22 was debited from my bank card without my consent. I performed no transactions through the application and received zero information regarding why this fee was drawn.
As soon as I noticed the situation, I contacted my bank and created an official dispute record. However, no communication or follow-up was provided by the application itself.
I demand a full refund of this amount drawn without my authorization as soon as possible.
