TCL 50V6BGTV Defective - Amazon Refund Offered, Missing Price Difference

On September 6, 2025, I purchased a TCL 50V6BGTV 4K UHD 50-inch Google TV through Amazon Prime. I received the product at my address in Başakşehir, Istanbul. However, just 15 days after receiving the TV, the motherboard burned out, rendering it inoperable. When I contacted the authorized service center, I was told the product needed to be exchanged or returned, and I was directed to Amazon. When I contacted Amazon customer service, I was only offered a refund, not an exchange. I had to return the product and was told the full ₺16,499 payment would be credited to my credit card. However, the price of the same TV has now increased to ₺16,999. Despite submitting my exchange request, customer service stated that this option should have been selected from the beginning, but was not offered. Furthermore, when I requested a refund of the ₺500 price difference or a coupon, they said they could not assist me and ended the conversation. I was aggrieved by the product being defective and the lack of a replacement option. My request is either a one-to-one replacement or a refund for the ₺500 difference in price, which I can use as a coupon or discount to purchase a new TV. I request that this grievance be resolved.
