Amazon Blocked My Non-Digital Orders After 5 Years and 1000 Purchases

I have been an Amazon Türkiye member since 2019 and have placed nearly 1000 orders. For 2 months, he has been sending an e-mail under the name of Amazon Türkiye Account Specialist canceling my meaningless orders. As an account that has placed nearly 1000 orders in 5 years, 15/20 of them were returned, 3/5 of which were returned due to the foreign brand cargoes they work with either exploding the parcel or cargo damage. Currently, with every order I receive: We are writing to inform you that we are canceling your order at 405-6042786-2141969 because your account is restricted to digital purchases only due to multiple violations of our Returns and Refunds Policy. We will automatically cancel all non-digital orders placed on Amazon.com.tr and issue a refund if you have been charged. If this order is a free replacement item for a return processed at our fulfillment center, please reply to this email with the original order number so we can issue a refund instead. If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact an account specialist by replying to this email. Our Customer Service team can only confirm that we have sent this message and assist you with any technical issues. That team cannot reverse this decision or share any further information about this matter. If this expert, who is called an account expert and does not actually know anything about accounting, were to examine my relevant account, he would understand how wrong he is doing, but Amazon cannot find a solution for this and is showing me the illegal way to open another account and continue from there. As Amazon Türkiye, I request that this problem be resolved urgently.
