Tatilox Refused Accountability for Filthy, Uninhabitable Vacation Rental Code 345

I booked a rental home listed as code 345 on the Tatilox website for May 1–3. I selected this home based on the photos and descriptions on their site; however, upon arrival, the house was extremely filthy, in unlivable condition, and I was forced to leave immediately.

Even though I made the reservation through Tatilox, when I reported the issue, they forced me to deal directly with the property owner, stating I had to take it up with them instead. In an unfamiliar city amid heated arguments, I was forced to spend roughly 5 hours searching for a hotel on my own. Afterwards, they proposed an alternative accommodation as compensation, claiming it was a hotel, but I discovered it was actually a short-term apartment rental. Despite sending Tatilox clear text and image proof showing it was a short-term rental, I received no response whatsoever.

I paid the advance deposit directly to Tatilox and the remaining balance to the location where we stayed. As a result, both my vacation and my money were completely wasted, and I suffered severe distress. At the very least, I expected an explanation, a timely follow-up, and an approach showing that my hardship was being taken seriously. I demand that they finally respond regarding this matter, provide a formal explanation, and take appropriate action to resolve my grievance.
