Request For Advice And Fast Service
I own a Tefal Xplorer Serie 75 robot vacuum, model RG7675WH, which I use in Tehran, Iran. A few months ago, around May–June 2026, the device suddenly developed a charging and battery error, without any physical damage or misuse. The problem started on the same day that the internet was cut off in Iran due to the war. From that moment on, the robot stopped working properly and has not returned to normal even after the internet was restored. When I place the robot on its charging dock, the lights initially turn white and flash as if charging, but in less than a minute both lights start flashing red and the device gives an error with a series of beeps. If I hold the buttons for about twenty seconds, the sound stops, but after roughly thirty seconds the error and red flashing lights start again and the robot never charges. There is no official Tefal representative or service center in Iran, so I cannot get local support or send the product to an authorized service. I am asking Tefal to provide me with clear, detailed remote technical guidance so that I can try to resolve this problem, since it appeared suddenly and without any user‑caused damage. If the issue cannot be solved remotely, I expect Tefal to take responsibility for this device and offer a concrete solution, such as arranging repair, replacement or another workable option for a customer living in Iran without access to local service.
