Amazon TR's Disappointing Delays and Failed Refunds
I bought two mobile phones from Amazon TR on the 22nd and 23rd of July. The one I paid 7899 ₺ for on the 22nd never arrived, while the one I paid 6741 ₺ for on the 23rd was delivered. Despite initiating returns both online and over the phone, the refunds haven't been processed. They keep stalling, claiming that the undelivered one might still arrive and that it takes more than 4 days for the returned item to reach them. Their excuses are becoming more frustrating, especially considering the high amounts involved. The system supposedly doesn't allow refunds for higher amounts, which is a ridiculous explanation. It's clear that Amazon TR is mishandling this situation, causing unnecessary delays and withholding refunds for legitimate returns. I expect better from a renowned company like Amazon. It's time for them to step up and address this issue promptly to regain my trust as a customer.
