Amazon's Crocs Size Issue, Forced Return, and Customer Dissatisfaction

I placed an order with the number 406-3459756-4437913 on August 29, 2023, for Crocs Unisex Adult Bayaband Clog Slippers, Navy/Pepper, size 41-42 EU, priced at 732.85 TL on Amazon.com.tr. When the product arrived, I tried it on, and it was too small for my feet. When I contacted the website for an exchange, they informed me that they couldn't process an exchange and that I needed to return the item. Even though I expressed my desire to repurchase the product and mentioned that it was now priced at 1,068.00 TL, they refused my exchange request and forced me to return the item. It's disheartening to witness an international company trying to establish itself in the Turkish market disregard customer rights and requests, leaving customers dissatisfied.
