Amazon Customer Complaint Regarding Incorrect Delivery
I am an active Amazon Prime member and I am writing regarding an incorrect product that was delivered to my address. I ordered Nordic Naturals Omega-3 pet liquid for my dog, Marty, but instead I received NuLife Omega-3 Wild Fish Oil pills. Marty is a small dog and these are very large, “horse-sized” pills that he could never swallow. I am almost out of the liquid I normally use and urgently need the correct Nordic Naturals Omega-3 pet liquid as soon as possible. I have already spent over an hour trying to resolve this through Amazon’s customer service, but no human ever answered my calls and I was only met with automated responses. As a long‑time, loyal customer, this experience has been very frustrating, especially while I am trying to manage this during my workday. I request that Amazon immediately send me the correct Nordic Naturals Omega-3 pet liquid and provide a clear and simple way for me to return the NuLife Omega-3 Wild Fish Oil pills. I also expect to receive a full credit for the incorrect pills. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will seriously reconsider continuing to shop with Amazon despite having been a good, regular customer up to now.
