Amazon - Damaged Product – Inadequate Packaging – Return Not Allowed
I recently ordered a dietary supplement (Omega-3 and CoQ10) from Amazon Turkey, and unfortunately, the product arrived in a thin, crushed envelope, with no protective packaging whatsoever. Upon opening the envelope, I discovered that: The product was damaged, with capsules scattered outside the container. The packaging had no cushioning, and the contents were clearly exposed to external pressure during transit. Given that this is an oral dietary supplement, this level of negligence in packaging is absolutely unacceptable from a health and safety perspective. Even more concerning, when I attempted to return the product, Amazon's system simply stated: "This item is not eligible for return." So now I am left with a damaged, opened, and unhygienic product that cannot be consumed, and apparently cannot be returned either. This is simply not acceptable — especially from a platform like Amazon, which claims to prioritize customer satisfaction and safety. To make the return possible for this product and issue a full refund. To review and improve the packaging standards for sensitive, ingestible items such as supplements. This experience was far below what I would expect from Amazon. I hope you take this issue seriously and resolve it promptly.
