Munchkin Straw Sippy Cups Develop Black Mold in Uncleanable Crevices

I purchased two Munchkin straw sippy cups on November 10, 2025, from the seller Butçemegöre on Trendyol. We used the cups regularly for about seven months. About a month ago, I noticed mold building up in hard-to-reach, impossible-to-clean crevices along the edges of the cups.

Because of these design gaps, the interior cannot be fully cleaned, causing mold to accumulate over time. I stopped using them immediately after noticing the issue before giving them to my child, but it deeply worries me that many parents might not notice and continue using these cups. I intentionally left the mold untreated for a short period so the issue would be clear; it quickly turned black and became quite alarming, as shown in the photos.

Even after soaking the cups in vinegar and baking soda, the mold stains never came out. I believe the unreachable, uncleanable spaces in this product design pose a serious hygiene risk. My order number is 10679346795.

Therefore, I am requesting a replacement for these two mold-prone cups with a safer, more hygienic model.
