Amazon Support Not Working: Unable to Contact Customer Service

I purchased a “Poison Scorpion” clutch lever and brake lever set for a 2003 Honda CRF 230 through Amazon’s website from what appears to be a third‑party seller, and I received the order on March 24 in Klamath Falls, Oregon, United States. I paid over $50 for this product as a brand-new item. However, when I was finally able to take the parts to my mechanic and try to install them, it became clear that the levers did not appear to be new. The levers are extremely stiff and not flexible the way they are supposed to be. You can clearly see where someone has almost stripped out a bolt, and there are visible gouges within the mechanism, making them look used or previously installed. This is not the condition I expect for an item sold as new on Amazon. In addition to the problem with the product itself, I have been unable to reach Amazon customer service through any of the available channels. Each time I try to call, the line hangs up, and the number will not go through. When I attempt to use chat, I receive an error message and cannot connect to a live person. I have also tried to request a callback, but the system again gives an error, and no one calls me back, so I have no way to resolve the issue directly with support. I request that Amazon resolve this situation by providing either a full refund or a replacement with a genuinely new lever set for my 2003 Honda CRF 230, or a similar product in truly new condition. I also ask that the technical issue preventing me from reaching support by phone and chat be reviewed so that customers can actually get assistance when problems like this arise.
I received a used and damaged product instead of a new one I purchased from Amazon. I was unable to reach customer service, and my emails did not lead to any resolution. I now request a full refund and the removal of any restrictions on my account.
