Amazon Not Solving My Problem
I bought a pair of Crocs slippers from amazon.com on June 22nd. On my first use, I noticed fraying at the back of the slippers, which disappointed me. I made the decision to return them right away. I had no idea it would turn out to be such a frustrating ordeal. Amazon.com flatly refused to accept the return or exchange it. I've always trusted the site with my purchases, but now I'm completely dissatisfied and misled. In my pursuit of justice, I intend to take the matter to the Consumer Court, armed with my receipt. But wait, there's more! When I inquired about this absurd response, a customer service representative simply stated, "We apologize for the inconvenience." Unfortunately, you must deal with it in this manner." Do you believe it? Be skeptical of Amazon's claim to be customer-centric; my experience suggests otherwise. Products with flaws? No exchanges or refunds? This needs to be addressed!
