Amazon Sent White Adidas GameCourt 2 M Shoes Instead of Black

On 5 May, I purchased an Adidas GameCourt 2 M men’s sports shoe from Amazon, sold directly by Amazon. In the product image, the shoes clearly appeared black, so I ordered them on that basis. However, the product sent to me was white. I later realized that the color was written in small letters as “white” in the description, which is extremely misleading and, in my opinion, not ethical. I contacted Amazon customer service first via messages and then by phone. They claimed that there was user error with the product and stated that they could not do anything because the warehouse staff had rejected the request. I strongly reject this accusation, as there was absolutely no user error involved. The problem arises from the misleading presentation of the product and the fact that I received a different color than what was clearly shown in the image. I do not accept this situation and I do not find it fair that I am being held responsible for an error caused by the way the product is presented. I request a full refund for the product price from Amazon and I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
