CS2 Gave Me a 3-Day Griefing Ban Without Explanation

I am an active CS2 player on Steam, and about 10 minutes ago I was given a three-day griefing cooldown for no apparent reason. I played my matches normally and did not insult, troll, or intentionally sabotage my teammates or opponents in any way. Despite this, the system appears to have flagged me as a disruptive player and punished my account.

This is the second time this has happened to me, and the circumstances were the same both times. I believe I have been unfairly punished because bored, toxic, and even racist players can submit reports arbitrarily, and those reports can apparently lead to penalties far too easily. Seeing how little oversight Valve seems to provide over this process has seriously damaged my confidence as a player. We spend time playing the game and money on skins, yet when unfair penalties occur, players seem to be left completely on their own.

For this reason, I request that the three-day griefing cooldown on my account be removed immediately and that any previous reports or penalties related to this issue be cleared from my record. I also ask Valve to review its reporting and punishment system so that a system intended to protect players does not become a tool for toxic or malicious players to unfairly punish others.
