Amazon Sent a Different Product Than What Was Advertised



I ordered a product from Amazon, but they sent me a different color that wasn't even listed in the ad. When I got in touch with customer service, they instructed me to send the item back to them. After it arrives at their warehouse, they'll give it a thorough inspection. If everything checks out, they'll set a new shipping date for the right item. I've got a business trip coming up this weekend, so I really can't afford to wait around for this long process. It's frustrating that I have to bear the consequences of Amazon's mistake. I'm really let down by the level of service I received from Amazon. It's not what I expected at all.
