I started experiencing audio issues on my Samsung TV (model UE55CU8000UXTK) right after a software update was installed on August 17, 2026. While there were no problems prior to the update, audio completely cut out on most channels immediately after, leaving them completely silent.

Despite troubleshooting the device's settings, the issue persists, and I have not yet contacted Samsung customer service or an authorized service center. Because I believe this audio loss is caused by a software glitch introduced by the update, I demand that the firmware be urgently fixed and a patch released so my television can function properly again.
