Amazon Order Missing Adidas Terrex Daroga Two 13 Shoes After Delivery

I placed an order on Amazon on 21 April for two products, one pair of slippers and one pair of Adidas Terrex Daroga Two 13 black sports shoes. However, in the cargo delivered to my address in Bodrum, Muğla, only the slippers were sent, and the Adidas sports shoes were missing. When I checked my order via the Amazon application, I saw no cargo information or any separate shipment record for the sports shoes. I contacted Amazon customer service about this missing product, but I did not receive any solution, feedback, or assistance. I request that the missing Adidas Terrex Daroga Two 13 black sports shoes be sent to me as soon as possible, and if this is not possible, that a full refund be made for the missing product and that any victimisation on my part be resolved.
