Amazon Rejected My Return of Twisted Minds 32 Gaming Monitor and I Want a Refund
Order No. 403-6702225-0123565, I bought a Twisted Minds 32 TM32DUI UHD 4K 144Hz game monitor from Amazon. It was sent to me on August 12th. I sent the item back after only two days of use because it didn't live up to my hopes. When I sent it back, though, the return was turned down because they said they got the wrong thing. Even though I did everything the return instructions said to do, I still don't know what this "different" item is, and I haven't gotten my original product back or a refund. The wait has been 26 days, and I'm still going back and forth without a clear answer. The delay has caused a lot of trouble, and the lack of communication is not appropriate. According to Amazon's return policy, all I want is a refund. I hope this problem is fixed quickly.
