Amazon Has Not Refunded My Returned Product After Over a Month of Waiting
I returned the product associated with order number 407-7490630-3679527, which I bought from Amazon.com.tr on October 29, without having received it at all. It has now been over a month, and I am still waiting for my refund. The website indicates that refunds will be processed promptly, yet it has now been a month. I find myself questioning what Amazon defines as a "short time"—could it be a year? This delay has been quite frustrating, and I kindly ask that my refund be processed without further delay. I relied on Amazon for dependable service, but this experience has caused me to reconsider that reliance. I trust that Amazon will address this issue quickly and make sure that others don't have to experience something similar.
As of January 5, 2025, the refund still hasn't been made. It's been 3 months. I'm seriously warning those who shop on amazon.com.tr. There is no one to contact. Other than writing here and to the consumer arbitration board. Definitely do not shop.
