I returned the product associated with order number 407-7490630-3679527, which I bought from Amazon.com.tr on October 29, without having received it at all. It has now been over a month, and I am still waiting for my refund. The website indicates that refunds will be processed promptly, yet it has now been a month. I find myself questioning what Amazon defines as a "short time"—could it be a year? This delay has been quite frustrating, and I kindly ask that my refund be processed without further delay. I relied on Amazon for dependable service, but this experience has caused me to reconsider that reliance. I trust that Amazon will address this issue quickly and make sure that others don't have to experience something similar.
