Amazon Headphones Return Hassle

I purchased headphones from Amazon on February 25, 2024, with order number 404-2829299-9249110. Despite returning the headphones the day after receiving them, my return was rejected, claiming they were used. How could a product returned 1-2 days after delivery be considered used? I only tried the product for 1 hour and didn't like it. Despite the rejection, the product was not sent back to me. I've reached out twice in the past 4 months, but unfortunately, they haven't returned the product. I've been unable to use the headset I paid for in advance for 4 months and feel victimized. Even if it's returned now, I won't use it because I don't like it. I request a refund or the return of my product, even if it's non-functional.
