Amazon Hasn't Refunded My Money For 24 Days
The seller on Amazon canceled my orders with the numbers 303-2411993-6428328 and 303-3223336-0929963. When I requested a refund for the payments I had made, they took 24 days to return my money, citing bogus reasons such as blocking the payment to the seller's bank account. I discovered that Amazon had not refunded 71.90 euros twice after contacting my bank. I sent Amazon the necessary bank documents, but they still did not consider them. I demand a refund of my payment as soon as possible. Amazon's failure to refund my payment for canceled orders is causing me great distress, and I expect them to take immediate action to rectify the situation. As an Amazon customer, I am hopeful that they will address this issue with the urgency and attention it deserves.
