Amazon Prime Price Hike

I recently discovered a fantastic deal on an Amazon slide and swing set that is only available to Prime members at a great price. I attempted to make the purchase, eager to take advantage of the offer but was met with an error message regarding the delivery address. Surprisingly, the price skyrocketed to nearly four times the original amount. I contacted Amazon's customer service right away, hoping for a resolution. They acknowledged that the problem was due to an error on their part and assured me that if I proceeded with the purchase at the higher rate, they would issue a refund for the price difference. When I called back to confirm, however, a different representative informed me that no such refund was possible and that I would have to pay a higher price. It's disappointing that I couldn't take advantage of the Prime exclusive offer as a loyal Prime member.
