Amazon Sent Me a Lego Set Instead of the Iron I Ordered and Did Not Fix It
I ordered an iron from the Amazon website three weeks ago, but instead of an iron, they sent me a Lego set. The price of the iron I bought at a discount has since increased, and they left me without an iron. We've been in a difficult situation for a long time due to their mistake. Even though I returned the wrong product, they still haven't sent me the iron. The calls I've had with their customer service haven't helped either. It's truly disappointing that such a professional company is causing so much trouble. Being customer-focused and providing quality service seem to be things of the past.
