Amazon Did Not Deliver My Prime Same Day Order Despite Multiple Promises

I placed an order on Amazon, anticipating same-day delivery, and as a Prime member, I expected the service to meet that expectation. Unfortunately, the item did not arrive as scheduled. I was assured it would absolutely arrive the following day. I constantly monitored the tracking page, which indicated that my package was out for delivery. I waited the entire day, but unfortunately, it never showed up. Upon reaching out to customer service once more, I was informed that additional steps were necessary to guarantee delivery the next day. This ongoing exchange has been exhausting and has significantly undermined my confidence in Amazon's dependability. I selected Amazon for its quick delivery and reliability, but this experience has led me to wonder if it still maintains that standard.
