Amazon Charged Me for Same Day Delivery but Failed to Deliver the Product on Time
The product I ordered from Amazon.com with same-day delivery did not arrive as promised. This is clearly an incident designed to mislead customers. Among many options, I specifically chose this site for same-day delivery, yet the product didn’t arrive on time, despite paying extra for the service. In one word, it’s a disappointment. Note: Before any defense is made, let me clarify. First, weather conditions are not a valid excuse for the delay. Second, if the delay is related to the sender, then why did my other order arrive on the same day? Clearly, it’s possible to deliver on time, so take precautions to ensure this. Companies that fail to meet delivery promises should not be allowed on your site, or you should impose sanctions. Don’t deceive people by charging for Prime membership and failing to deliver on your commitments.
