Amazon Order Not Delivered, Price Increased

I made a purchase on the Amazon app and received the order number 171-22410030-4868353 on 05-0****14. Even though the product was marked as delivered on 18-01-2024, I realized on 17-01-2024 that my payment had been refunded. Moreover, I found out that the cost of the product I purchased had gone up by ₺800. It is completely unacceptable and morally wrong for them to raise prices without delivering on their promises.
