Amazon Order Cancellation Problem
On January 10, 2024, I made a purchase for two pairs of shoes through the Amazon mobile app. These shoes were shipped from Amazon Germany. Although one shoe arrived approximately two weeks later, the other was unfortunately never shipped. After reaching out to Amazon's customer relations department, they assured me that they would take care of the problem. Today, on February 7, 2024, I unexpectedly received an email notifying me that the product had been refunded, even though I had not made any such request. The shoes are still up for grabs, but they come with a slightly higher price tag. In addition, the product is still available on Amazon Germany. If the issue is only because of the price hike, it shakes my trust in Amazon as a reliable brand.
