Amazon Turkey False Advertising and Failed Returns


On March 12, 2024, I purchased a phone via the Amazon Turkey mobile app with order number 405-5133856-0600316. Despite being advertised as 5G in the description, the phone I received was only 4G. After apologizing, Amazon offered a replacement, which I accepted. However, the replacement phone also turned out to be 4G, not 5G as advertised.
Fed up with the situation, I requested a refund. They claim the refund has been processed, but I haven't received any confirmation email or seen any refund in my bank account. The chat function on the app is closed, the "call me" option is disabled, and they're not responding to emails. It seems like something's seriously wrong with Amazon's operations.
I urgently demand that they reach out to me to resolve this issue.
