Amazon Order Frost King Door Bottom Missing Screws And Vinyl Inserts

I ordered three Frost King silver door bottoms from Amazon recently, but none of them came with the vinyl inserts or the screws that are supposed to be included. As a result, I cannot install or use any of the door bottoms. I tried to resolve the issue, but I have not been able to contact Amazon about the missing parts. I also reached out to Frost King directly, but they referred me back to Amazon, so the problem remains unsolved and I am left without usable products. I request that the missing vinyl inserts and screws be sent to me for all three door bottoms, or that I receive complete replacement products that include all the required parts.
