Amazon Order Missing: Status Stuck, Payment Taken
On October 9, 2025, I ordered a total of four Softshell pants from Amazon using my credit card (Order No: 5169918). The estimated delivery date was stated as October 21, but despite this, the products have still not arrived, and the delivery status shows “Delivery date currently unavailable.” There has been no progress in the shipment tracking, and when I contacted Amazon customer service, they only apologized for the delay and said the issue would be resolved soon. However, despite the time that has passed, there has been no update, and my grievance continues. The products were regular-priced items, not part of any promotion or discount. The payment was charged to my credit card on October 9. I request that my orders be delivered as soon as possible.
Despite days passing, my grievance still continues. My package has not been delivered. It is not even clear where my package is. Amazon is not interested at all, there is no response.
