Amazon Sent Me Only Brushes Instead of the Face Paint and Brush Set I Ordered

I placed an order for a face paint and brush set on Amazon and patiently waited for around 2-3 weeks for it to be delivered. When the package finally arrived, I didn’t open it right away because I saw that the face paint, which was supposed to be included in the set, was missing, only the brushes were inside. I checked out the reviews for the seller and noticed that many others experienced the same problem, getting only brushes instead of the complete set. I am seeking a refund for this incomplete product, but Amazon's system indicates my order is "not delivered," preventing them from helping with the return. I need Amazon to resolve this issue quickly, as I didn’t receive what I paid for. I would appreciate your assistance in processing a return for this item.
