I Was Frustrated with Amazon’s Return Process Because My Replacement Vacuum Was Not Still Shipped

I purchased a Philips Aqua Trio 7000 Series Wet & Dry Vertical Vacuum Cleaner from Amazon on July 8th. The product was delivered within 24 hours. It was not functioning properly. It was replaced within a week. Another one has arrived. Unfortunately, it stopped working after just two weeks of use. I sent it to Amazon once more. According to the information provided, you are required to bring the product to the service center. It seems that Amazon is refusing to return this product to me from the warehouse. I've made numerous phone calls. Can you clarify if you provide next-day shipping for customer orders from the warehouse, but require a 14-day waiting period for returns from the same warehouse? Are you reprimanding us for this? I'm having trouble finding someone at Amazon Turkey who can help me with my problem. Could someone please let me know when this psychological punishment will come to an end? I would greatly appreciate it. Is my product going to be shipped?
