Amazon Didn't Help With The Guarantee (Despite My Right)
I placed an order from Amazon Turkey on August 16, 2023 (Order ID: 405-7667628-0436353) and received it at the beginning of September, but as it was delivered to the office, I couldn't collect it immediately. On September 5, I initiated a return as I didn't intend to use the product. While attempting to process the return, I encountered a screen asking for a return shipping fee, and although I didn't confirm this charge, I received an email stating that my return request had been approved. Upon contacting customer service, I explained the situation and was informed that the seller should provide a free shipping code. Amazon suggested that if there was no response within 3 days, the A-to-Z warranty would cover the damages. Despite following up a week later and finding no response, the seller didn't provide a return code. Amazon mentioned that future returns were restricted due to multiple Marketplace product returns. Despite numerous calls, the seller never issued a return code. The situation hasn't been addressed within the 1-month return period. Amazon's involvement with the Marketplace seller appears inadequate, leaving me, the buyer, victimized. All I seek is for Amazon to take back the package and refund my money.
