On February 19, 2023, I placed an order with Amazon Turkey. The order number is 171-5189422-1044356. But on February 24, 2023, the order was marked as delivered, even though it was sent to the seller and not to me. I didn't find out about this mistake until I called Amazon's customer service. To fix the problem, the customer service rep called the seller, and the product was sent again on February 28, 2023, with a new Aras Cargo tracking number of 3043162100689. Even though it said that the product was delivered on March 1, 2023, it didn't say to whom it was delivered. Even though I've tried many times to get in touch with Amazon's customer service, they haven't responded in three days. As a customer of Amazon Turkey's marketplace, I'm not happy with how they do business. I'm no longer interested in the product; I just want my money back.
