Amazon Has Not Delivered My Order For 1 Month Now
On September 6, 2023, I placed an order with the order number 404-9172445-2751530 on Amazon Turkey from Amazon Germany as the seller and shipper. Since the day I placed the order, it still appears to be in stock. As of today, it has been over 1 month and 1 week since I placed the order. I contacted customer service 5 times on different days, and on September 7, 2023, they said it would be delivered, and it also appeared that way in the system. However, despite the days that have passed, it hasn't been shipped, let alone delivered. When I explained this situation to another customer representative, they suggested canceling the order. Despite the time that has passed and the significant increase in the product price, Amazon, where I am also a Prime customer, seems to have a fantastic solution and delivery, really.
They canceled my order, which was 4,700 TL, and gave me a 20 TL coupon as if mocking me. The lowest price of the product is now 5,800 TL. Look at the damage they caused me in terms of both price and time. The funny thing is that the same product is now in Amazon Turkey's stock. As an academic, I will definitely share this experience with my students in my marketing classes.
