Amazon Turkey Fails to Deliver My Order and Ignores My Complaints

I placed my Amazon order on March 4, 2023, on Amazon Turkey, not abroad. The following day, Amazon announced on their website that my order had begun shipping and would be delivered on March 6, 2022. There was also a tracking number with the Kolaygelsin cargo company. When I entered the cargo tracking number on the website of the Kolaygelsin company on the afternoon of the sixth, I received an error message stating that there was no cargo with this tracking number. A customer service representative from Amazon Turkey informed me that the product had not been updated because it had just been shipped. He stated that it would be updated and that I will receive it today. When I rechecked the cargo number with the cargo company 2 hours later, I was again informed that no shipment matched this cargo number. Later, when I spoke with the other customer service representative, who was more unfortunate, I was informed that the product did not arrive in Turkey because it was imported from another country, so it does not exist. However, the vendor is Amazon Turkey:). When he transferred me to a supposedly more skilled customer service representative, he informed me that my order would not arrive today and that the cargo company would deliver it in one or two days. Amazon's tracking still indicates that the package will be delivered, but the shipping company never has a tracking number. Amazon, which had been unable to fulfill my request for the order to be canceled for the entire day, canceled the order in 10 seconds when I requested that it not be sent. After speaking with the same person for two minutes, I ask them to send it if it will arrive tomorrow, and they respond, "Okay, I'll take care of it." They change the delivery date on Amazon's website to December 7 or 8 in the evening. Strangely, when I enter my tracking number, it indicates that there is no such shipment. 5 minutes prior to writing this complaint, I asked a customer service representative for a second time why the cargo number did not appear in the cargo company, and he informed me that my order was canceled at my request. He stated that refunds would be available until the 11th. The strange thing is that neither Amazon nor the shipping company reflects the cancellation. When I request to view my return process and cancellation, he responds that I cannot. And according to Amazon, my order is still in transit, but the shipping company has yet to provide a tracking number. Actually, I'm being charged for a shipment that never occurred. And I cannot locate the cancellation and refund procedures anywhere. They make fun of people's feelings. Shame on you.
