I purchased Baseus wireless earphones from Amazon.com.tr on September 7, 2022. I initiated a return process because I was not satisfied with the product's performance, but even after waiting for 4 months, they did not refund the product. I realized that it was not going to happen (meanwhile, the price of the product increased from 376 Turkish lire to 650-700 Turkish lira, so even if I receive the money, it will be useless) and I said, "Send the product back to me." Despite my multiple calls and attempts to communicate for 3 months, the product has still not been returned to me. In my last conversation today, they stated that they cannot send the product because the same color is not available in stock. They said they will send it when the same color is available. There is no answer as to why the return was not made for months or why the product has not been returned to me for 3 months.
