Amazon Refund Issue Unresolved for 3 Months
I want to address an ongoing issue regarding refund problems that have persisted for approximately 3 months. Amazon Turkey launched in 2018, and without hesitation, I made purchases that year, relying on the trustworthiness of the Amazon brand. However, about 3 months ago, I bought a mobile phone from Amazon TR, and naturally, the seller was Amazon TR itself. I had to return it due to an incorrect invoice. Despite this time frame, my refund has not been processed. Each day, I habitually call Amazon Turkey inquiring about my refund, only to receive the common response of "We will call you back," which has unfortunately become a common refrain among third-party firms. I'm truly dismayed by this experience. I've sent numerous emails, but it seems like I'm stuck in a loop. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter.
