Amazon Lost My Product, No Refund, Terrible Customer Service

Hello, I bought a glass robot from abroad via Amazon in December. Then it malfunctioned on the 3rd use and I contacted the seller. I was informed that the problem was with the device and that they would send it again. After 25 days of supply process and 45 days of waiting for shipping, the product did not arrive. The seller said he was shipping again and I waited 40 days again. When the product did not arrive again, I contacted Amazon and discussed my problems with 5 different customer representatives. All the representatives looked at my messages and saw that I was right. We tried to reach the cargo companies with the first representative and confirmed that the cargo had not arrived. 2. We sent another message to the seller with the representative, but the seller did not even answer Amazon's question. 3. We also checked PTT branches with the representative. 4. We initiated a refund request to A-Z with the representative, but it was rejected because it was over 6 months. 5. The representative stated that nothing could be done anymore. I have been their customer since they first came to Turkey and I have a considerable number of transactions. I think Amazon can solve this by putting pressure or sanctions on the sellers selling through it. I don't want Amazon to give the money anyway, the seller is at fault here and they need to handle it. I can say that I will not use this place from now on. I will close my account when my last shipments arrive.
