Amazon Turkey Does Not Refund And Does Not Send Products!!

I purchased the product on August 29, 2023, during the so-called express shipping special for Prime members. The product did not arrive the same day or the next day. I talked to customer representatives many times. 2 of them were team leaders. The product was in the warehouse, but they were unable to communicate with it and could not provide an estimated arrival date. Finally, I said, okay, this product will not arrive. I can cancel it. They also can't cancel it. In summary, Amazon does not deliver the product I ordered and does not issue a refund. From now on, I think I will not use Amazon, and I do not recommend it to anyone. I don't believe they will see this and provide a solution, but they victimized me. Others who read this should not victimize you either. As someone who has used Amazon since it came to Turkey, I say this with no trust left.
