Amazon Charged My Credit Card Unexpectedly
I've been charged approximately ₺10,000 in 9 installments by Amazon on my credit card statement, and I can't reach any of their customer service representatives. When I contacted İyzico, they informed me that they have no record of such a transaction. I'm currently in a state of distress. Denizbank stated that they couldn't do anything since the payment was made through 3D Secure. We don't earn money easily to make these payments. Right now, there are hundreds of us suffering from the same issue. I request a refund of my money and prompt resolution of this matter.
