Amazon Charged Me Shipping as a Prime Member and Canceled My Order Unfairly

On December 2, 2024, I placed an order on Amazon Türkiye for the following product: "UGREEN Nexode X USB C Charger 100W Mini GAN Charger 3-Port PD Power Supply Compact Fast Charger PPS 45W Compatible with MacBook Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max, Galaxy S24 Ultra, Vision Pro"* My first issue started here. Although the product page clearly stated "Free shipping for Prime members" and I am an Amazon Prime member, I was charged a shipping fee of ₺494.95. When I contacted customer service after the purchase, I was told this happened because the seller was not Amazon. However, upon further investigation, I found that I could place an order for the different product from the same non-Amazon seller without any shipping fees. The second issue I encountered was the cancellation of my order. My order was canceled on December 13 or 14, 2024. I struggled a lot to reach customer service because accessing live support has become extremely difficult. Since the order no longer appeared in my order history, I couldn’t use it as a reference to contact customer service directly. Eventually, when I managed to speak with customer service, I asked for the reason behind the cancellation. The explanation given was that the order exceeded the €30 customs limit. However, at the time of the purchase, only the product price (excluding shipping) was required to be under €30. When I pointed this out, I received an illogical response stating that Amazon was only aware of the "€30" without further details. I asked why other companies were able to block orders at the checkout stage due to this restriction, while Amazon failed to provide this information beforehand. This question remained unanswered. I have made numerous purchases on Amazon in the past. While I have encountered issues before, I have never been subjected to such a frustrating experience. Even if I reorder this product or its equivalent now, it will likely fall under the new customs rule (€30 including shipping), making it impossible to complete the purchase again. I am eagerly awaiting a response and resolution from Amazon.
