My order, placed through amazon.com.tr on 09.01.2024 with the order number 408-4994530-5139520, got canceled on 18.01.2024 as the product couldn't be obtained. I could comprehend such a cancellation if it were made by a marketplace seller, but when Amazon Turkey became the seller, I expected at least some solutions to address my concerns. While I could purchase the same product from different sellers at a similar price on the order date, after waiting for 9 days through you, I'm now forced to buy the same product at about twice the price, creating a genuine grievance.
I've encountered similar situations on different e-commerce sites before, and none of them victimized me in this manner; they always offered a solution. Despite reporting this situation to you, there hasn't been any response even after you escalated the issue to a higher unit. At the very least, I expected a message acknowledging the problem, but none had been received. In fact, I can't even find the canceled product in my orders on the site; it seems like the evidence is being erased. I won't comprehend what will happen if an email doesn't arrive!
