Amazon App Keeps Switching Language From English to Spanish
I am using the Amazon mobile app on my Samsung Galaxy S20, and the app constantly changes language from English to Spanish by itself. This has been happening repeatedly over the last couple of weeks, even though I want and expect everything to remain in English. It is very frustrating, because the language should never change automatically in the first place. I have tried to resolve this by contacting Amazon customer service, but I have not been able to get through to anyone, so I have not received any help or explanation about why this is happening. I request that my Amazon mobile app and account be permanently locked to English and that this language-switching problem be fixed so it does not happen again.
