I received a bewildering email informing me that my Amazon.com.tr account had been suspended, and I'd like to share my concerns regarding this matter. I had been eagerly awaiting an order from Italy that I had already paid for. Suddenly, out of nowhere, I received this absurd email. Upon attempting to log into my account, I encountered a series of confusing issues. Sometimes it claimed that my primary payment method was incorrect, even though I had used the same method to pay for my order (and there were still funds in my account). At other times, it stated that my password was incorrect. Frustrated, I tried logging in using the code sent to my email and SMS, and even attempted to solve various on-screen puzzles and handwriting tests, all to no avail. It appears that your system found my efforts inadequate to pass its demanding security checks, resulting in my account suspension. My primary concerns are as follows:
Why was my account suspended without cancelling my pending order?
Why wasn't I informed about any payment issues related to my membership fee before my account was abruptly suspended?
Why is it impossible to find genuine customer service numbers or even a chatbot for assistance in Turkey?
I simply want to know the status of my paid order. If that can be addressed, I don't particularly care about the unjust suspension of my account. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter.
