Amazon Closed My Account Without Explanation After Canceling My Book Orders
I regularly shop on Amazon.com.tr and recently purchased 4-5 books. Two of them were supposed to arrive from abroad. According to the emails I received, the sellers canceled those orders. Later, Amazon.com.tr also canceled the other books I ordered and informed me that my account had been closed. They sent me an email stating that I had violated their returns and refund policies and that my account would not be reopened. I called Amazon customer service three times and wrote emails explaining my situation in response to the emails I received. I asked why my account, which I use regularly and for which I am an Amazon Prime member, was closed, and I requested an explanation and for someone to contact me. However, each time, the account specialists replied via email, stating that they had reviewed the situation and decided not to reopen my account, deeming the closure justified. Customer service representatives are unable to explain why the account was closed, and the account specialists do not provide any explanation via email. It is unacceptable for a company as big as Amazon to treat a customer this way.
