Amazon Suspended My Account and Stopped My Order Without Any Refund or Support

I ordered something from Amazon, and right after that, my account got suspended for no reason. My current order got stopped, and now my past orders are on hold too, with no shipments happening. I’ve reached out several times, but I can’t find any customer service reps in Turkey, no phone numbers, and there’s not even an email address to get in touch with. I need to provide invoice details, but I can't get into my account, so I can't find that info. Every 10 hours, I get a reminder to upload documents. I've done it several times, but they keep turning them down. My order is stuck, and I still haven't gotten my refund. This was my first order with Amazon, and unfortunately, it will be my last.

My complaint was resolved, but it was handled through the standard procedure independently of what I wrote here.
